Asiago cheese will be at Love Cheese Live, the most important trade fair entirely dedicated to dairy products in the United Kingdom, scheduled in Stafford from 29 June to 1 July. For the first time, Italy will be the guest of honor and Asiago PDO will offer its aging with tastings, samplings and an exclusive masterclass conducted by Charlie Turnbull, a recognized cheese expert and judge in major world dairy competitions and internationally renowned trainer.
