Asiago PDO will represent the great Italian dairy tradition at the Anuga international fair, the biennial event with the world of food scheduled from 7 to 11 October in Cologne (Germany).
In pavilion 10.1, stand F061 – G060, Asiago cheese will meet operators and buyers to talk about its uniqueness and will be the protagonist of a series of events: from recipes created by chef Domenico Gentile (8 October 12.00 am), to storytelling with pure tasting by the journalist Laura Melara-Dürbeck, responsible for the Italian Academy of Cuisine in Frankfurt (9 October at 11.30 am), up to the wine pairing with the sommelier, member of the Sommelier Union Germany, Claudia Stern (10 October at 2.30 pm).
On Sunday 8 October, the Asiago Cheese Protection Consortium invites operators and buyers to the AFTER SHOW event, organized by the “I love Italian Food” association in collaboration with the Italian Chefs Association in Germany, where chef Davide Civitiello will prepare a pizza with l ‘Asiago DOP
