Asiago PDO excellence in China

The Consortium for the Protection of Asiago Cheese shows the quality of Asiago PDO at “Food & Wine Journey: Introducing Italian Culinary Excellence”, the event promoted by ICE, in collaboration with Wine to Asia and the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and dedicated to raising awareness of 26 prestigious Protected Denomination of Origin, from food to Italian wine, recognized in China. Asiago cheese will be the protagonist of three exclusive evenings reserved for Chinese buyers, media, importers and distributors: on June 24 at the Casa Mia restaurant in Xiamen, on June 27 in Dongguan, at the Bonacasa restaurant and on the 29 in Shenzhen, at The Langham hotel.
