The chefs Alfio Ghezzi (Senso Alfio Ghezzi of Rovereto), Peppe Guida (Antica Osteria Nonna Rosa di Vico Equense) and Francesco Apreda (The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel in Rome) are the winners of the special award promoted by the Asiago Cheese Protection Consortium and dedicated to “RESTAURANTS WITH THE BEST CHEESE-BASED CREATION” of the 2022 Restaurants Guide of Gambero Rosso. The award concretely testifies to the important link of Asiago PDO with the world of catering and demonstrates how much the choice of a protected designation of origin can enhance the work of every chef.
