Asiago PDO to SIAL Paris

The Consortium for the Protection of Asiago Cheese will be flying to Paris, from 15th to 19th October, to attend Sial Paris, the biennial exhibition dedicated to food. You will find us in Hall 7, stand C109, together with the Consortia for the Protection of the Gorgonzola Cheese, Grana Padano, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana and Taleggio, with the support of AFIDOP The Association of Italian PDO Cheeses). On October 16th and 17th, chef Danny Imbroisi, owner of several restaurants in Paris and the South of France, TV personality, writer, and influencer, will be preparing a “Croquette with Fresh Asiago PDO Cheese, mild peppercorn and ginger”. Five of France’s best-known food influencers will be sharing the event’s highlights on their social media channels directly from the stand.

Le Consorzio Tutela Formaggio Asiago s’envole pour Paris, du 15 au 19 octobre, à l’occasion du Sial, le Salon international biennal de l’alimentation. Aux côtés des Consorzi di Tutela Gorgonzola, Grana Padano, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana et Taleggio, sous l’égide de l’AFIDOP (Association italienne des fromages AOP), le Consorzio Tutela Formaggio Asiago sera dans le hall 7, stand C109. Les 16 et 17 octobre, le chef Danny Imbroisi, propriétaire de nombreux restaurants entre Paris et le Sud de la France, visage de la télévision, auteur de livres et influenceur, réalisera la « Croquette de fromage Asiago AOP Fresco au poivre doux et vinaigrette au gingembre ». Cinq des influenceurs alimentaires les plus connus de France partageront les moments les plus significatifs de l’événement directement depuis le stand sur les canaux sociaux.
