Asiago PDO meets German food service

The “100per100 Italian Academy”, the digital masterclass dedicated to German professionals from the world, takes place on Monday 10 May. The event, promoted by the Asiago Cheese Protection Consortium as part of the collaboration project with I Love Italian Food, aims to train catering operators on one of the most iconic products of gastronomic Made in Italy. Led by the journalist Telsche Peters, with twenty years of experience in the world of Italian food & wine, the participants will be able to discover the different seasonings of Asiago PDO and attend a demonstration of its great versatility in German cuisine.
