The Asiago Cheese Consortium will be present at the next edition of SIAL Paris, the most important international event dedicated to food and beverages. From October 19th to 23rd, 2024, at the AFIDOP stand, Hall 7, booth number B109, the Consortium will showcase the excellence of Asiago PDO cheese to an international audience of industry professionals.
In this prestigious international showcase, the Consortium, in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Danny Imbroisi, will offer visitors a unique sensory experience. The chef, renowned for his creativity and passion for high-quality Italian products, will create exclusive preparations that will highlight the unique characteristics of Asiago PDO.
